We can run whole or half day courses for pork butchery and sausage making – whether you have your own pig to cut and it’s looking daunting for the first time, or if you want a different gift experience for a loved one, we can arrange a location, equipment and of course the pig!

The chorizo sausages are hanging out to dry, all the fresh meat has been frozen, and the sausages and vacuum packs put in the fridge. I need to get a mincer for making sausage meat now.
